Job Title: Amazon Delivery Lead Driver Owner Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced delivery driver to join our team as a Lead Driver. As a Lead Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in the Toronto area, while also assisting in the training of new drivers and coordinating with dispatch to manage rescues and solve driver issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages to customers in the Toronto area
  • Assist in the training of new drivers
  • Coordinate with dispatch to manage rescues and solve driver issues
  • Operate a cargo van to transport packages
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) an asset
  • 1+ year of experience as a delivery driver
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience as a lead driver
  • Experience with cargo van operations
  • Knowledge of the Toronto area
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
