We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Operations Software Architect to join our Amazon Flex team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that optimize last mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dive deep into technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details
  • Deliver results despite working in an ambiguous environment
  • Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong bias for action
  • Define strategies and build roadmaps for programs owned by the team
  • Coordinate overall program quality, productivity, and act as the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • A highly competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
