- Deliver results despite working in an ambiguous environment
- Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong bias for action
- Define strategies and build roadmaps for programs owned by the team
- Coordinate overall program quality, productivity, and act as the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A highly competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year
- A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, maternity and parental leave options, paid time off (PTO), and RRSP contributions
- 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
