About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to join our Business Development and Marketing team at Amazon Key for Business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business agreements with top real estate management companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and increase revenue
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
- Identify and negotiate complex legal agreements
- Manage programs across multiple teams to achieve business goals

About the Team

The Business Development and Marketing team is responsible for providing strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies to drive customer adoption of Amazon Key for Business. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon's secure delivery drivers for customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of last mile operations and increasing accountability and security for property owners/managers.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience developing and negotiating business agreements
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams
- Experience with proptech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate
