We are seeking a talented Business Development Lead to join our team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and build strategic relationships with top real estate management companies.

About the Role:

This role will be part of our Direct BD/Sales team, responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships, managing go-to-market strategies, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Program Management to scale our business and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet specific goals and objectives;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth;
  • Manage and maintain go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches;
  • Serve as a sponsor for key customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

We enable 1-Click access to Amazon's logistic delivery drivers, improving the bottom line of last-mile operations and increasing accountability and security for property owners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements;
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level;
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules;
  • Experience in the proptech industry related to multifamily real estate.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
