About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partnership Executive to join our Amazon Key for Business team in Canada. As a key member of our Direct BD/sales team, you will play a crucial role in building strategic relationships with top real estate management companies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize sales priorities and meet specific sales goals
  • Manage and maintain go-to-market strategy, serving as a sponsor for key customer relationships
  • Develop and own new mechanisms to scale goals, including ownership of input and output goals (relationships & pipeline and unit/building installs)
About the Team

Amazon Key for Business is a multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team, enabling 1-Click access to Amazon logistics' delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps. We improve the bottom line of our last mile operations and increase Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience with the proptech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate

The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting data and making business recommendations, identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Estimated Salary: CAD $120,000 - $150,000 per year
