Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Gav Enterprises Ltd DBA. The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
