About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 626498 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel and resort rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, work in a physically demanding environment, maintain attention to detail, bend, crouch, kneel, and combine sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
