About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Gav Enterprises Ltd DBA. The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
