We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales and account management experience, with a strong focus on territory sales and margin growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading elevator and escalator manufacturing company, serving customers in over 200 countries and territories around the world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining customer relationships, achieving or exceeding sales objectives, and providing technical sales support to customers in the assigned territory.

You will also be responsible for retaining and renewing current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction through our MFA program, managing and nurturing account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities, and conducting sales planners and needs assessments to inform account targeting efforts.

In addition, you will partner with branch business development sales teams to identify business development opportunities, actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally, and use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities, with strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
