About the Job

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of the Hamilton territory and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to thrive under the guidance of an experienced manager who values open communication, champions autonomy, and is committed to seeing you succeed.

As an Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Development: Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on rental companies and end-users.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
  • Presentation and Promotion: Dynamically showcase the company's products and services in a convincing and engaging manner.
  • Sales Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing your time between travel and follow-ups.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a sales professional with proven experience in outside sales, ideally in the excavation, agriculture, or construction sectors. You should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and be proactive in managing your territory. A valid driver's license is required, and bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package with a minimum total compensation of $150,000 (base salary + commissions on all sales within the territory). You will also receive a company vehicle to facilitate your travel, 4 weeks of vacation from the start to ensure a healthy work-life balance, a comprehensive group insurance plan, and a retirement savings plan with employer contributions (RPDB).
