We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in North Hamilton, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned territories, including North Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, Beamsville, Smithville, and Wainfleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage orders and customer interactions.
  • Promote an omnichannel sales approach to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A high-school diploma is required; post-secondary education or 1-3 years of relevant work experience is an asset.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a clear driver's abstract, and a clean criminal record.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, and a pension plan.
  • Three weeks paid vacation and five paid sick days.
  • A six-week onboarding training program and a six-month mentoring program for new employees.
