Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive in our Territory Sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area. This includes promoting Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution product and asset recovery services on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities for a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to oversee the sales function, position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential, and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market statistics to inform sales campaigns and create sales quotas, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements that align with company objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Sales or customer relationship building experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. Estimated annual salary is around $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and performance.
