Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Associate. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for processing store merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing floor with inventory and providing product knowledge for our guests.
  • In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, take responsibility of daily stock room operation, ensuring shipping supply levels are neat and orderly maintained to create accessible storage area for incoming and outbound products.
  • Process all inbound and outbound shipment in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries/discrepancies related to stock.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
  • Organized and efficient with strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers.
  • Natural collaborator with ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, bend/stoop/kneel frequently, climb ladders frequently, and stand for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 (or local minimum wage)-$20.00 hourly.
