We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Atlas Tools & Machinery. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our Retail Showroom.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Assist customers with their purchases, offering expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Retail Operations team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company merchandising standards.
- Process out-of-stock procedures, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales trends to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
- 3-5 years of previous retail sales experience with power tools or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to extract insights from data and reports.
- Ability to work self-directed, setting priorities in line with company objectives.
- Ideal team player, focused on team goals and individual performance.
- Proficiency in using mobile technology and applications.
