Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level product knowledge to customers
  • Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
  • Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
  • Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, and stock

Requirements

  • High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a group setting
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Demonstration experience an asset
