We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Longo's. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
