Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by offering legendary customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions through product recommendations and demonstrations.
  2. Promote various company programs and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  3. Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards, including signage, merchandise presentation, and store cleanliness.
  4. Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  6. Assist in other areas of the store as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is preferred.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Knowledge of outdoor products and services is an asset.
