About the Opportunity

  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess property damage, providing accurate valuations and equitable claim resolutions in accordance with corporate policies and standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless claim processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement, recommending changes to enhance quality service and competitiveness.
  • Analyze data to optimize claims handling, promoting efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, appraisal techniques, and industry best practices to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business administration, finance).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property claims, with expertise in Xactimate/XactAnalysis estimating software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mitigation procedures, construction methods, and repair processes.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interview, coach, and engage with clients.
  • Strong written communication skills to produce clear, concise claims reports.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record are essential for this role.
