Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk management strategies to ensure alignment with corporate goals
- Collaborate closely with internal counterparts to drive policy and strategy alignment
- Design and implement effective credit risk and lending models, tools, and processes
- Foster strong relationships with third-party funders to facilitate growth objectives
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to drive industry-leading risk management practices

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience in consumer credit risk management
- Extensive knowledge of consumer credit risk management and loss mitigation
- Excellent communication and commercial acumen skills
- Strong business leader with experience building and scaling risk teams
- Entrepreneurial DNA with ability to make data-driven decisions
