The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in expanding into new markets, experience selling into multiple verticals including Healthcare, paired with strong leadership and coaching skills.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a Director who can build a strong sales pipeline using appropriate tools, tactics, operational plans, and processes to drive revenue growth.
  • This role contributes to the corporate sales strategy, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
  • The Director will assist in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate emerging industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts on market-entry initiatives.
  • Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to ensure professional growth and success.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Oversee deal negotiations and manage complex sales cycles with prospective clients.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure team success and track progress toward goals.

Estimated Salary:$115,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
