Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Associate at Marriott Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle. As a valued member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.


Responsibilities

  • Greeting Guests: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in our establishment.
  • Assisting with Luggage: You will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring it is safely stored and readily available for collection.
  • Setting up Conference Rooms: You will be responsible for setting up conference rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and amenities are in place.
  • Maintaining Linen Closets and Room Attendant Carts: You will be responsible for maintaining linen closets and room attendant carts, ensuring they are clean and fully stocked.
  • Receiving Merchandise Deliveries: You will be responsible for receiving merchandise deliveries, ensuring all items are accurately received and stored.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
