We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head - Digital Services Performance to join our team at Sport Chek. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Daily Game and Sales Plans: Create and implement daily game and sales plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage and Develop Full-Time Staff: Provide coaching and support to full-time staff to improve performance gaps and achieve business objectives.
- Drive Business Growth and Customer Service: Foster a customer-focused mindset and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and sales strategies.
- Culture and Brand Ambassador: Promote and embody the Sport Chek brand and culture, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
