Department Head for Softgoods

At Atmosphere Ltd., we're seeking a talented Department Manager to lead our Softgoods team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a daily sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including marketing, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated passion for sports and fitness, with a strong understanding of the sporting goods industry.
