We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - HRIS Partners to play a critical role in our expansion strategy by unlocking opportunities within the HRIS partner ecosystem. This individual will leverage their market knowledge and strategic relationships with HRIS partners like UKG, ADP, and Shiftboard, as well as service integrators (SI), to generate high-quality referrals and reselling opportunities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales team to convert partnership-generated leads into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), contributing to Zaddons' revenue targets. They will cultivate and strengthen relationships with HRIS and SI partners' various teams, ensuring alignment with Zaddons' value propositions.
As the primary point of contact for SI and other ecosystem partners, this individual will ensure seamless communication and trust-building with key stakeholders. They will collaborate with Account Executives and Subject Matter Experts to present solutions to prospective customers, addressing partner-referred leads with tailored pitches and solution alignments.
This role requires 7+ years of experience in workforce management, a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, and in-depth knowledge of HRIS partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, ability to work under pressure, and great autonomy, resourcefulness, and sense of organization.
