Healthcare Security Operations Center Coordinator

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Operations Center Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, managing access control systems, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including emergency situations and routine requests for assistance.
- Manage access control systems, including granting and revoking access to authorized personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security operations center or related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
- Valid Ontario Security License required.
- First Aid and CPR Level C + AED certification required.
