Job Description

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures and ensuring they are followed by all staff members;
  • Delegating work to office support staff and establishing clear priorities and deadlines;
  • Carrying out various administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Coordinating office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role;
