The Administrative Coordinator role at DBA Sherwood Infrastructure is an exciting opportunity to support the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company goals and objectives;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, providing guidance and direction as needed;
  • Establish priorities and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a moderate level of physical activity required. Public transportation is available.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum;
