Administrative Coordinator for Infrastructure Development

The Administrative Coordinator role at DBA Sherwood Infrastructure is an exciting opportunity to support the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company goals and objectives;
- Delegate tasks to office support staff, providing guidance and direction as needed;
- Establish priorities and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;
- Carry out various administrative activities, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence;
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a moderate level of physical activity required. Public transportation is available.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum;
- A permanent full-time position with 30-35 hours per week;
