Job Summary:

Metro Infrastructure Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including inventory control and maintenance
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and conduct performance reviews
  • Prepare and submit reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of 11-15 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
