Job Title: Logistics and Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives
  • Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stock control
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods and materials to customers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage a team of logistics coordinators and drivers
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or operations management role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
