About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at MEM URBAN DEVELOPMENT INC. in supporting the overall success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Review Administrative Procedures: Develop, implement, and review new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our office operations.
  • Supervise Office Staff: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Organize Work Priorities: Establish clear work priorities and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Perform various administrative activities such as assembling data, preparing reports, and coordinating office procedures.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
