Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nishan Holdings Ltd. in an administrative role that will provide support to the operations department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as ensuring the activities of the HR department align with the organization's goals. They will also be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, managing contracts, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Ensure HR activities align with organizational goals
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Manage contracts
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee report preparation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and attention to detail
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office would be an asset.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Free parking is available. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
