Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to manage office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with staff to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Train and supervise office support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
