We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Goodluck Security Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

In addition, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role

With your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The work language is English.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
