About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Emergency Shelter Intake Services program, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with available resources and support services.

About the Job

The Support Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation, filing, and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. This includes maintaining multiple electronic databases for reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification in a Human/Social Services field (e.g., College Diploma)
  • A minimum of 2 years' combined experience working with individuals with substance use, mental health, and/or concurrent disorders, and/or individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with database management systems
Estimated Salary: $74-$89 per hour
