- Sales Order Management: Accurately process and manage sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Customer Service: Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and shipments, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate and organize customer shipments based on inventory availability and priority requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with customers regarding shipment updates and order status, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with sales, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics teams as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to complex problems.
- Team Collaboration: Support sales activities and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth, working closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and resource to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel; SAP experience is an asset, along with excellent problem-solving, investigative, and decision-making skills.
- Qualifications: High sense of urgency with the ability to be empathetic and build strong customer relationships, coupled with strong organizational and time management abilities.
