Job Title: Administrative AssistantSalary:

$42,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, managing information flow, and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Manage mail, emails, and other communications
  • Record meeting minutes, notes, and action items
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
