Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, providing accurate information and resolving emerging problems
  • Manage a high volume of incoming requests through electronic channels and phone calls
  • Communicate with clients via various channels, including online portals
  • Carefully identify potential issues using ethical procedures and professional judgment
  • Escalate unresolved issues to designated resources as needed
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related Customer Service experience
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in database and reporting tools
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

We provide an excellent compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer amazing benefits, including RRSP matching, and a great work environment where teamwork and collaboration thrive.
