Customer Service Liaison

GardaWorld Cash is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dispatching ATM codes, Firstline Maintenance calls, and emergency cash requests.
  • Documenting and communicating between Service Techs and customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and route personnel via telephone and radio.
  • Researching and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Assigning and closing Mas-Hamilton lock combinations and recording close seals.
  • Providing ATM access information to routes and technicians.
  • Directing incoming phone calls to others using the internal paging system.
  • Providing routing and directions to armored routes and technicians.
  • Receiving customer calls for service and dispatching Firstline Maintenance technicians for repairs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous dispatch experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills for data input.
  • Ability to read a map and provide clear instructions to route crews.
  • Familiarity with the service area is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly by telephone and radio.
  • Ability to think clearly and respond in a fast-paced environment while under significant pressure.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist with the Debrief process.
