Customer Service Liaison

As a Customer Service Liaison at FASTSIGNS, you will be the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers. Your role will involve working with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into customers and ultimately into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate staff member.
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished projects.
- Assist the sales team as needed, including contacting customers when orders are ready for pickup, labeling and mailing marketing materials, and delivering orders.
- Maintain the center's appearance by performing tasks such as vacuuming, emptying trash cans, cleaning counters and windows, and straightening the showroom.
- Assist with accounting tasks, including printing and calling the aging report, printing and mailing statements, making bank runs, and posting checks.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that departmental needs are met and that equipment such as the postage meter, copier, and FAX machine have sufficient paper.
- Assist Outside Sales Professionals as needed, including contacting vendors for pricing, shipping updates, minor project management, estimate follow-up, and customer service needs.
- Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
- Understand the sales process enough to consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and grow within the company. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is also essential.
What We OfferFASTSIGNS offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, typically working Monday through Friday business hours. We also offer the opportunity to work in a variety of roles within a fast-growing industry, allowing for personal and professional growth.
