Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize menu pricing and profitability.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, cooking techniques, and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
