Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Wok Box. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
