We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Hastings Utilities Contracting LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve company objectives
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth
- Monitoring and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
