Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Resource Allocation Officer to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. This role is responsible for managing organizational resources, coordinating work, and representing the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring efficient use of human, material, and financial resources.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team player skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Work Environment: This is an on-site work opportunity only, with no remote work option available.
