Job Title: General Manager, Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Smoke's Poutinerie. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising 1 to 2 people.

Security and Safety:

This role requires a bondable individual.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

You will work in a fast-paced environment and require strong attention to detail.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for an organized and team-oriented individual who can work in a permanent position with 35 hours per week. English is the primary language required for this role.
