Key Responsibilities
Compile, analyze, and validate HR data to inform business decisions
Develop and maintain accurate HR reports and dashboards

Requirements
University degree in Business or related field
1-2 years of business experience, preferably in data analysis
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency with PowerBI is an asset
