Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
