We are working with a German architectural door hardware manufacturer that is quickly expanding into the United States. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Ontario market, calling on distribution, architects, and rep groups. Compensation is very competitive for the industry and is structured as a base and bonus with opportunity to advance as they are growing quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key distribution partners, architects, and rep groups to drive sales and generate new clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in door hardware sales or a related field.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • A winning attitude, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
