At PARC Retirement Living, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of our residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize occupancy and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, service providers, and employees to promote our brand and services.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing team to develop marketing materials, targeted advertising, and promotions that generate qualified traffic and leads.
  • Develop a strong outreach program with multiple touch-points and deep referral connections using one-on-one relationship building, community presentations, and in-person sales activities.
  • Use CRM analysis tools to track and convert leads, and actively promote our cross-referral program to generate leads.
  • Ensure show suites and amenity spaces are tour-ready to our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Persuasive and engaging sales professional with a high closing rate.
  • Marketing or sales-related degree, diploma, or certificate combined with at least one year of experience in senior living or a related industry.
  • Relationship builder and problem solver who can forge strong connections with seniors, service providers, employees, partners, and more.
  • Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors and their families.

What We're Looking For:

  • Full vaccination as approved by Health Canada.
  • Criminal Record Check and a TB test within the first month of employment.
