Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Must have experience in high-end hospitality sales, condo lease-up, or condo pre-sale.
- Experience in senior living contexts is preferred.
- Availability for local travel with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Openness to travel as needed for the role.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have all immunization completed, along with a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
