Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize occupancy
- Cultivate strong relationships with community partners and attend partner events

Requirements:
- Persuasive and engaging sales professional with a high closing rate
- Marketing or sales-related degree, diploma, or certificate, combined with at least one year of experience in senior living or a related industry
- Relationship builder and problem solver who can forge strong connections with seniors, service providers, employees, partners, and more
- Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors, their families, and other professional services engaged with our residents
